Job Description:

Accountable for the completion of standard and non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function

Job Responsibilities:

• Registration and control of travel and expense refunds for Zalaris customers
• Travel run for payment of controlled trips
• Customer service by phone and mail – receive and respond to customer questions
• Participate in further developing routines and travel processes
•  Ad hoc tasks and projects Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position

Skills:

•  Required to have good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and local language
• Ability to plan work and make priorities
•  Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• Customer focused with ability to deliver high quality services
