Job Description:

  • The role offers a wholistic growth of the candidate in a manufacturing unit. This inculcates working with the production, quality, P&E & tech transfer team to come up with a skill matrix for the root level staff of our organization.
  • This role exposes the candidate to develop his/her techno-management quotient. It involves rigorous study of manufacturing instructions for the different stations across the shop floor & assessing the knowledge and skill of the team members to come up with a skill matrix with the support of the line leaders, technology experts, QTAs and HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

Go through manufacturing instructions to understand nature of work for every station on the shop floor. Identify & define the skill blocks & knowledge elements for the subsequent activities carried out in various functions on the shop floor. Prepare questionnaire and tools in alignment with the TTA team for measuring the skill and knowledge level of the team members from operation, quality & P&E team. Facilitate the assessment and document the results by linking them to the final skill matrix.
