BE/ B.Tech – Mechanical/ Civil/ Hydraulic System Engineering
Job Description:
- Design and Verification of new hydraulics system for Hydraulic NPI projects
- Expert on MF Hitch control system, Hydraulic MF pump, Hydraulic Power steering system and Hydraulic control valves.
- Quality, Cost Effective & timely delivery of new projects
- Verification of interface components and layout for new systems,
- Responsible for delivering Right first time design by capturing inputs from customer usage, costing, manufacturing, assembly, spare parts, packaging, BOM.
- Creating Hydraulic specifications and design concepts
- verifying Design calculations , DFMEA and conduct Design review
- Optimization of design for cost and performance,
- Present Novel ideas/ concepts for patenting
- Implementation of effective solution to address hydraulic Quality and design issues based on field feedback and warranty analysis.
- Establish the design guidelines & manuals
