Job Description:

Squareboat is hiring for the position of a Management Trainee who has a passion for learning and managing various day-to-day tasks in a fast-moving software company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must possess Organization skills that include the ability to successfully manage complex projects and rapidly evolving requirements.
• Understand the job profiles, shortlisting, sourcing and contacting the candidates from different hiring platforms.
• Understanding how a software company operates.
• Supporting managers with various tasks (e.g. policy making, goal setting)
• Understanding each department s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
• Keeping strong follow up with the candidates on calls and emails.
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
• Assisting departments with their recruitment needs.
• Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Supporting the companys strategic planning.
• Responding to other ad-hoc queries from other personnel in the company.
• Supporting in joining formalities and ensuring proper filing of documents.
• Supporting the department in employee engagement activities.
• Should be good in target-based roles on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
• Work closely and effectively with all levels of management and staff to satisfy project requirements.
