Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain knowledge of the business, IT and Information Security environment
  • Engage stakeholders in Business Units and Information Security and gain a solid understanding of the problems & opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the Problem Statement & the Opportunity Statement internally to the core team
  • Breakdown the problem and opportunity statement into its core elements and analyze the impact, risks, priority, threats, vulnerabilities 
  • Identify and assess the security risks to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT systems, and data stored within
  • Co-drive the formulation of new or & review of existing controls to mitigate the security risks
  • Co-drive the planning, researching and forumlation of the functional architecture and functional design of the controls
  • Map the detailed design of the security controls to IT & Security products, IT & Security processes and Enterprise functions/processes
  • Identify gaps in solution mapping and elicit the need for new controls and ways to implement them
  • Possess significant experience in designing, implementing and/or supporting one or more products in the Identity Mgmt, Access Mgmt, Privileged Access Mgmt., Zero Trust Platforms, Network Security and Encryption platforms
  • Act as the Area Product Owner for Identity Mgmt, Access Mgmt, Privileged Access Mgmt., Zero Trust Platforms, Network Security and Encryption platforms 
  • Possess working knowledge of security & compliance stacks in Identity & Access space, Threat mgmt space, Vulnerabilities mgmt space
  • Possess working knowledge of IT stack ranging from Compute space, Network space, Cloud space
  • Possess working knowledge of IaaS services in AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Drive customer requirements gathering activities like stakeholder interviews, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases elicitation

Job Requirements:

  • Collaborate with technology architects to convert the requirements into potential solution options
  • Must be able to develop E-R diagrams, process flows, data flows, use-cases, state diagrams, functional specifications, functional architecture artifacts and other design artifacts to drive solutioning
  • Assess business requirements, process flows and workflows in-depth and translate into technology design
  • Paticipate in the development of future state solutioning and to-be state of systems
  • Assess inter-dependencies between requirements & functions and help the management staff in developing the delivery approach, managing the risks & issues
  • Assesses security posture by closely working with operations team and monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct solutions demo to customers and stakeholders 
  • Conduct solutions training for customers and stakeholders
  • Put together well-defined workshops with clear goals and be able to drive them
  • Independently develop & deliver crisp powerpoint presentations to be able to convey message to leadership and tactical teams

Skills and Requirement for Sony Recruitment 2021:

  • Minimum IT experience of 10 years is a must-have
  • Minimum IT Security Systems Analysis & Implementation experience of 8 years is a must-have
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing security products in the Information Security domains is a must-have 
  • Past experience working with teams or customers in Americas and Europe is a plus
  • Past experience engaging stakeholder groups of 30+ is a big plus
  • Management consulting and/or Big 4 experience is a plus
