This exciting new role, based in our Regional Head Office in Singapore has been created to assist in the Regional Analytics agenda that chiefly entails identifying opportunities to grow the business by
Ecommerce Performance Management – You will work directly with the eCommerce team in the market to capture and aggregate their local eCommerce sales performance data in real-time to enable faster decision making
Annual Planning Process: You will be supporting Kellogg’s annual planning process and development with the local market eCommerce teams. This includes analyzing both internal and external eCommerce metrics and data streams to develop opportunity analysis and insights into the nuances of eCommerce across the AMEA Market
Markets to be covered: Australia, Japan, South Korea, India, China, ASEAN and South Africa
Our region is delivering strong results, but we know there is more opportunity out there that we can harness, this position plays a key role in directly impacting the growth trajectory of AMEA e-commerce business and contribute to building a world-class organization
Key responsibilities will include delivering Analytics support, Insights presentations and Actions via:
- CARTS modeling audit across markets
- Share best practices and analyze & track promotion effectiveness
- Generate insights on shopper demographics, behaviors, and patterns, correlations, etc for targeting purposes.
- Track ROIs on promotion, search performance and recommend right search keywords & promotional activities that have high ROI
- Identify missing trends that can help product development or improve existing positioning
- Leverage Rating & Reviews to help drive sentiment analysis
- Recommend the right portfolio mix to grow profitably
- Collaborate eCommerce BU Lead on the Annual strategy
- Be the steward of good data practices – robust documentation, process and knowledge sharing. This includes the identification of new data sources required to make performance analysis more concrete & robust
We’re looking for someone with the following, skills, expertise and experience:-
- BA/BS/BBA degree with strong analytical skills
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Data & Insights role either with a research company or at the client-side with at least 2+ years relevant experience in eCommerce Industry
- Hands-on experience in running different eCommerce analytics
- Analytical mind and business acumen with the ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings
- Must be extremely detailed oriented
- Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data-oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required – Excel (advanced proficiency), SQL, Tableau, Python, or R (good to have)
- Experience in collaboratively influencing stakeholders
- Self-motivated and Driven
