Job Description:
Network planning – Support for preparing Network planning dashboard
CS Marketing – Co-ordinate for Implementation of Marketing programs
Job Responsibilities:
- Retail parts management – Dashboard creation, Coordination with Dealers and Customer Service Regional Managers for improvements
- Advance Assurance extended warranty – Support for identifying weak Dealers and steering for improving penetration
- MB Value Service – Plan Dealer-wise retention schedule and monitor achievement Vs. plan
- Retention – Prepare and send Retention dashboard to Dealers on Monthly basis, Support for preparing enhanced ‘Retention Next’ dashboard for retail.
