Job Description:
- Good articulation skills
- Good aptitude to learn Process, Standards (ISO) or Framework (ITIL)
- Good to have: Background in Maths or Statistics.
- Some knowledge on working with Excel or PowerPoint
- Knowhow about what process or standard operations procedure would mean
- Responsible for process defining and development
- Basic checking of the process adherence
- Has knowledge about differentiating a bad quality product from good quality product
- Has good written and oral communication skills
- Has the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and can work closely with stakeholders to achieve goals
- Has analytical skills.
- Good attitude
- Aptitude to learn quality concepts
